Free service-business examples

Make the service and next step clear in one screen.

These examples describe fictional businesses; they are not proof of real availability, prices, outcomes, or customer results. Replace every detail with something your business can verify.

Example 1 · Laundry pickup

Lead with the service and location

Wash-and-fold pickup for North Vancouver households.

Choose a pickup window, tell us what needs washing, and see the current turnaround estimate before you book.

Primary CTA: Check pickup times

Adapt it: Name the actual service area. Only promise a pickup or turnaround time when the booking flow confirms it.

Example 2 · Bookkeeping

Make the first conversation concrete

Monthly bookkeeping for small creative businesses.

Tell us how you track income and expenses today. We will explain the records needed, the scope, and the next step before you commit.

Primary CTA: Ask about bookkeeping

Adapt it: Specify the actual client type and process. Do not imply tax, legal, or financial outcomes without substantiation.

Example 3 · Dog grooming

Show how to start

Dog grooming appointments in East Austin.

Browse services and tell us your dog's size and coat type. We will confirm the right appointment before you book.

Primary CTA: View grooming options

Adapt it: Link to a real service or booking page, and state only the intake steps you actually provide.

Three decisions before you adapt the copy.

Should the headline name a location?

Yes, if geography determines whether someone can buy or book. Use the city or area you actually serve, not the widest region you hope to reach. A pickup service should also make it easy to check coverage before a visitor starts booking. Google's service-area guidance likewise emphasizes accurate areas where a business can provide its service.

What should the first button promise?

Name the next step the linked page actually provides. “Check pickup times” should reveal available windows; “Ask about bookkeeping” should open an inquiry path. Do not label an inquiry form “Book now” if no appointment can be confirmed there.

Which proof belongs above the fold?

Use one relevant, verifiable detail that helps a new visitor decide whether to continue, such as an actual service area, intake process, or visible availability. Leave out turnaround guarantees, qualifications, or review counts you cannot substantiate.
